Can you refill kodak 10 ink cartridges

Fill a syringe with 10cc of black ink from the refill kit. Insert the needle into the hole in the cartridge and slowly dispense ink until the syringe is empty, or until ink starts to bubble out the top hole.

Gently dab the bottom of the Kodak 10b cartridge on a rag to remove excess ink. Replace the cartridge in the printer and print a test page. Empty the syringe into the black ink bottle, if any ink remains. Remove the plunger from the syringe and wash the syringe assembly in water. Dry the syringe assembly with a rag and reassemble the syringe. Remove the 10c ink cartridge from the printer and place it on a plastic sheet or tray.

Peel back the edge of the cartridge label with a razor blade until the top holes are exposed. Remove the black Kodak 10 cartridge from your printer and place it on the table in front of you. Make sure that your workplace is well protected against staining. Put the needle on the syringe and draw in the recommended amount of ink. The filler opening is located underneath the label on top of the Kodak 10 B cartridge.

Insert the syringe into the filler opening shown in picture 1. Carefully fill the ink into the cartridge picture 2. Open the cartridge to reach the ink chamber within. For color and photo cartridges, just remove the lid with a sharp knife. Insert it where the black and colored plastic meet and find the three fill holes. Insert a different toothpick or pin into each chamber to draw out yellow, cyan or magenta ink.

Fill a plastic syringe with enough ink in the color you are refilling. The color cartridge openings are arranged as follows, from left to right: yellow, glossy, magenta, cyan and black. Black cartridges take 10ml of ink, while color cartridges hold 5ml of each color. Fill the reservoir with ink and remove the needle from the fill opening.

Remove the plunger from the syringe and hold both parts under running water until all traces of the ink have been washed away. Avoid allowing the needle to come into contact with you or any part of the sink. Replace the plunger, depress it to expel water from the syringe and remove it again.
